📋 Description
• McKesson’s Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapy seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst • Role involves supporting advanced analytics for CGAT services • Responsible for generating actionable insights and analysis for stakeholders • Develop analytics, reporting, and visualization tools • Manage large, complex projects and ad hoc requests • Conduct analyses to define operational, financial trends, and insights • Design and maintain dashboards tracking CGAT business insights • Support operational functions and track key performance indicators
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis in the healthcare industry • Efficient with SQL query tool, thorough understanding of SQL methods to query various size data sets • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field • Proven proficiency in analyzing and manipulating large data sets, with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI; familiarity with back-end data architecture • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
