• Collaborates with Business Partner, Director of Project Delivery, and Project Managers • Engages with Delivery Team and Business Unit leadership to develop project scope and goals • Requests and analyzes client data for design solutions • Directs external vendors to maximize budget accuracy and schedule • Performs or directs test fit solutions for new or renovated facilities • Ensures pricing document displays proper scope notes • Prepares site / massing diagrams for conceptualization • Meets with Authority Having Jurisdiction for project requirements • Facilitates design iterations according to task orders/contracts • Influences client adoption tactfully • Reviews architectural and engineering documents for compliance • Reports schedule and budget targets • Executes change management process for unplanned and special project requests • Performs pre- and post-occupancy evaluations • Collaborates with FFE Specialist for coordination of finishes

Requirements

• At least 15 years of design management experience • Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer in Texas • Experience in healthcare design, particularly oncology clinics • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam • Revit proficiency is a plus • Self-directed & motivated • Polished executive-level presentation skills or to a Physician Board • Skilled in conflict de-escalation • Knowledge of the Build-to-Suit process preferred
