Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and compliance standards • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, system architecture, AI, IoTs, and integration • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
