Description

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives. • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and compliance standards. • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, system architecture, AI, IoTs, and integration. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
