• Support Research Operations from a financial point-of-view with analyses, reporting, and budgeting. • Develop forecasts and business plans, analyze variances, and interpret trends. • Prepare Monthly Operating Reports and complete financial analyses. • Design performance reports and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. • 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst. • Experience with business models and performance metrics related to healthcare or clinical research. • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting concepts. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user. • A Power user of software applications in extracting and analyzing data. • Self-directed problem solver showing individual initiative with strong work ethic. • Experienced in presenting effectively and convincingly. • Naturally curious regarding cause and effect, developing models as a result. • Able to analyze data and draw insightful inferences from them. • A professional communicator orally and in writing.
