• Responsible for developing technical functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, API specifications and defining system behaviors. • Support multiple products that develop deep reporting and analytical insights. • Expert on various delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid. • Lead PI planning sessions, requirement analysis, impact analysis, estimates and provide key inputs to drive prioritization. • Champion the needs of business teams, customers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the development process. • Maintain and grow a deep knowledge and functional expertise of the supported technology including industry best practices for enterprise development and deployment.

Requirements

• 10 + years of experience in translating business requirements to functional and non-functional technical requirements for customer-facing reporting and analytical platforms. • 10 + years of experience in business intelligence tools, data warehouse, and data lake solutions across one or more industry leading technology products. • Deep analytical, business analysis, data profiling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working on large scale customer facing applications. • Support QA and UAT as required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to IT and non-IT audiences. • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to prioritize issues & communicate status. • Self-starter, capable of seeing projects/fixes through to completion. • Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple deliverables. • Ability to prioritize/communicate conflicting demands. • Ability to create design artifacts, flow charts, etc as required. • Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of the business and the stakeholder needs and constraints.
