Description
• Provide subject matter expertise on financial and clinical research solutions. • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to understand user workflows and define requirements. • Lead the preparation of system development artifacts such as requirements and design documentation. • Provide tier 2 customer support to end users and resolve service delivery issues.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT product development. • Experience with financial applications, integrations, and reporting, preferably within Infor FSM. • Demonstrated advance subject matter experience of a service line application. • Certification/Licensure: Scrum certification preferred. • Agile certification preferred.
