• Interact with state agencies and filing partners to fulfill customer orders. • Engage directly with customers via chat, email, and telephone. • Troubleshoot account issues and maintain new customer accounts. • Work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to coordinate solutions. • Organize and manage a large number of tasks. • Recommend process improvements where applicable.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the corporate legal world or compliance filing. • Comfortable balancing ongoing tasks and managing priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proof-reading.
