• Mechanism is an early-stage venture firm that partners with entrepreneurs to launch and scale ambitious companies. • We provide growth expertise to gain early traction, as well as business support to establish positive unit economics, profitability, and scale. • This role will be pivotal in documenting internal and external processes, software tools, databases, and variables. • You will be the go-to expert for testing new tools and database models, ensuring releases are bug-free and ready for execution.

• You are detail-oriented and meticulous about maintaining high-quality documentation and processes. • You are self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and can adapt quickly to new tools and processes. • You are resourceful and can work independently, taking initiative to improve systems and resolve issues. • You are passionate about technology, tools, and the impact proper documentation and testing can have on overall project execution.
