📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment • Provide expert advice to clients in development of data transfer requirements • Advise on and manage the execution of clinical data corrections within the Medable platform • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical data transfers between internal and external stakeholders • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data transfer protocols across all clinical projects • Design and review comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Partner with internal and external study teams to ensure seamless data workflows and project execution • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in data management processes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in clinical data management, or a combination of education and experience • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role • Proficient in R for data analysis and visualization • Advanced knowledge of SQL for database design, querying, and optimization • Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) is a plus • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and influence decision-making • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems is preferred • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) is preferred
