Description

• Responsible for product management from ideation to market launch • Drive execution of product lifecycle processes • Analyze customer needs and market trends for effective product strategy • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success • Define and track product success metrics • Assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities • Create product strategy documents and translate requirements for development • Lead beta and pilot programs for new products • Maintain production timelines and prioritize features based on stakeholder input

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) in product design or business management or engineering (MBA preferred) • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members • Proven success overseeing in a nonmanagerial role all the elements of the product or software development lifecycle • Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams • Experience in delivering finely tuned product strategies, requirements, and launch • Product innovation and development track record • Technical and manufacturing know-how • Data analytics and metrics management skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, organizational, planning, and documentation skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously. • Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
