Description

• This is a fully remote position based in the continental United States • MASA is a leader in emergency medical transportation insurance since 1974 • Play a pivotal role in uncovering transformative insights and driving strategic decision-making • Challenge assumptions, ask bold questions, and directly influence the trajectory of our organization

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline • A master’s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, Power BI certifications) is preferred • 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role • Expertise in building and managing dashboards and reports using Power BI & Microsoft Dynamics • Ability to utilize Excel for complex financial modeling and ad hoc data analysis • A track record of transforming data into business insights that support sales and operational objectives • Excellent communication skills • A deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
