Description

• Quote Velocity specializes in customer acquisition in the insurance market. • Searching for a Senior Data Analyst focusing on Call Center Operations. • Responsible for bridging the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. • Insights will drive enhancements in call center operations and marketing strategies. • Engage closely with C-Level executives to make critical business decisions. • This is a remote position available Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:00pm ET.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Call Center Operations and Business Analytics. • Confident at interpreting complex data and adeptly communicating insights to key stakeholders and executives. • Proficient in SQL statistical languages (e.g. Python or R), Excel, and BI visualization tools, such as AWS QuickSight. • Passion for using Business Intelligence to solve real business challenges and grow the business. • Committed to personal growth and continuous self-development. • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
