• The Lead WF Data Analyst will partner closely with the WFM Director and Operational Leaders to dig deep into operational functions to help drive business results through data. • Work within both structured and unstructured data environments to query, dissect, and assemble complex datasets using tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Cloud Platform, Excel, PowerPivot etc. • Leverage statistical modeling including linear and multivariate regressions to answer complex relational questions of causality and correlated events. • Provides quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers in order to drive business decisions and address business questions. • Partners with peer groups, business partners, and subject matter experts to learn business areas/domains to help solve deep operational problems through data. • Document and assess current state processes. Gather Requirements: Responsible for fact-based requirement gathering to understand which data elements are needed to tell the story and drive outcomes. • Ability to use project management principles to successfully complete and advance work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field. • 5+ years of reporting and/or scorecard management experience leveraging SQL as the primary tool • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting complex data analysis within a service center environment • Expertise in SQL, MS Excel, SAS, SPSS • Expertise in data visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio • Ability to access, gather, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business problems, decisions, and performance • Ability to articulate this knowledge as an expert at the department level and may be called on to provide insight at the enterprise level to provide detailed analysis • Ability to lean on strong communication skills to influence outcomes while approaching conflict with organizational savviness • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, data analytics, judgment, and precedent.
