Description

• Resource Innovations is seeking a Data Analyst Lead in Chicago, IL to join our growing team. • The Energy Efficiency Data Analyst Lead will be responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for energy efficiency programs. • This individual will support program evaluation, reporting, and process improvements through data-driven insights, working with large datasets to identify trends, ensure program compliance, and help drive overall program success. • The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and experience in energy efficiency, with an ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies. • Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. • Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges. • Load flexibility. Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Chicago, IL area. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the energy efficiency, utility, or environmental sector. • Experience in database management. • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau AWS, Redshift, Node JS). • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting. • Ability to work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy. • Experience with energy efficiency program metrics, including energy savings calculations and regulatory reporting. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, policies, and industry standards is highly desirable. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
