Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of data analyses and collection systems • Manage and improve existing reporting systems and perform complex analyses • Conduct analyses, issues identification, risk assessment, and decision-making processes • Develop and implement best practices in data collection methodologies and analyses • Provide consulting and analytic services to leadership • Provide technical support and mentoring to less-senior analysts • Define data assets (data models) for collection • Lead research planning, management, implementation, and analysis efforts • Lead collaborative efforts across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline and 7 years of professional and relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years may be substituted) • Demonstrated experience collecting, developing, and interpreting key data points to support operational decision-making in the public sector • Working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration • Must be detail-oriented and think logically • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills • Ability to keep up with new business and technical concepts • Able to work with minimal supervision • Strong team leadership and risk management ability • US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
