Description
• As a Provider Data Specialist you will operate on the front lines of our core service offerings. • You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming data accuracy in clinician profiles before our licensing and payor enrollment teams can begin work on their behalf. • Coordinates with Intake Manager to escalate files with Customer Success that are stagnant
Requirements
• 1+ year of full-time experience in healthcare, specifically focused on licensing, credentialing, and/or enrollments • Proficient with Excel • High attention to detail including effective communications at all organizational levels • Expertise in using GSuites tools include GSheets, GDocs, and GMail. • Technically savvy and a quick learner of new software • Must be an organized "self-starter" requiring little supervision in order to focus and accomplish tasks • Experience working at a tech company is a bonus • Must be able to work cohesively in a team oriented environment and be able to foster good working relationships with others both within and outside the organization
Benefits
• Compensation for this role is between $19-$27 per hour depending on location and level. • Generous paid sick time
