Join us as a Senior SAS Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in building advanced analytics solutions and scalable data infrastructure to support our ACO’s value-based care initiatives. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in SAS programming, data management, and problem-solving to develop actionable insights that drive improved patient outcomes and organizational success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAS programming and working with healthcare data. • Expert in Base SAS, SAS Macros, and advanced data manipulation techniques. • Proficiency in Python and MS SQL Server • Strong knowledge of Linux and command-line utilities • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. • SAS administration background a plus. • Deep understanding of healthcare data, including claims, pharmacy, eligibility, and clinical data. • Knowledge of healthcare data standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and JSON, is preferred. • Problem solver with an attention to detail. • Manage multiple high priority task efficiently and independently • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and implementing innovative solutions.
