Our proven model of care unites provider communities and diverse healthcare entities around a common goal: to redesign healthcare delivery and transform the way care is managed. •THE OPPORTUNITY: •The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will be involved in programming, data mining and analysis of healthcare data with an emphasis on medical economics, clinical and financial reporting. •The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and advanced proficiency in SAS to support data driven decision making to improve the health outcomes of the patients and populations we support.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, statistics, public health, or a comparable program with a quantitative emphasis. Master’s degree preferred. •4+ years professional SAS experience, including data step programming, PROC SQL, macros and statistical procedures. •Advanced knowledge of medical claims, pharmacy, eligibility, provider, and clinical data preferably in a in a managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, or health plan setting. •Strong understanding of health care quality measures, risk adjustment, and value base payment models •Ability to work independently on multiple projects leveraging strong organizational and time management skills. •Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and Microsoft Excel •Familiarity with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
