Description

• Manages the Formulary Administration Specialists group • Oversees operational formulary processes and implementation activities • Coordinates inter and intra-departmental inquiries and requests • Provides formulary-specific documentation of maintenance activities • Maintain and update policies and procedures • Manages current priority projects and programs • Provides direct client consultation on formulary maintenance operations • Responsible for accurate and timely task estimation and status reporting • Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university • Over 2 (two) years related pharmacy benefit management or healthcare experience and/or training • Equivalent combination of education and experience • One year of supervisory experience required • Management/supervisor coursework required within 12 months of hire • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite • Prior experience in PBM formulary setup and maintenance • Advanced Drug Information experience preferred
