β€’ A Day in the Life β€’ Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. β€’ The Regional Economics Manager for Cardiac Implantable Market Access & Customer Economics, serves as the strategic healthcare economic partner for all Cardiac Implantable field teams. β€’ This position is a field based role, responsible for the dissemination of economic value evidence, messaging and tools and the execution of new types of business partnerships (i.e. risk sharing agreements). β€’ The Regional Economic Manager also serves as the regional resource for all relevant Cardiac Implantable related reimbursement support and healthcare transformation education for both field partners and external stakeholders. β€’ Domestic travel expected: Up to 75% β€’ Deliver and communicate impactful economic value evidence, messaging and tools to MDT customers demonstrating a mastery of all economic and relevant clinical evidence for all CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE technology. β€’ Regional field resource for CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE reimbursement education and support for external customers and field partners. β€’ Maintain expert level reimbursement knowledge (coding, coverage, payment) for all CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE products and therapies. β€’ Develop deep relationships with sales partners including sales leadership and all CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE field teams. β€’ Conduct and present healthcare economic analysis to customers, demonstrating the economic value of all CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE therapies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor of Science in health care or finance related field β€’ Minimum 10 years experience working in health economics, healthcare consulting, account management, or finance. β€’ Or minimum 7 years experience working in health economics, healthcare consulting, account management, or finance with an advanced degree β€’ Experience in hospital and physician customer interactions β€’ Experience working in a health-care related field β€’ Experience with evidence dissemination tools and tactics β€’ Experience working in medical device industry, hospital administration, managed care or related health care field. β€’ Deep knowledge of the health care challenges and opportunities for CARDIAC IMPLANTABLE therapies and products for our stakeholders β€’ Preferred qualification of holding a Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA preferred) or advanced clinical degree (PharmD, MD) β€’ Excellent communication ability (both written and presentation ability) β€’ Strong data and analytic ability. β€’ Strong proficiency working in all Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint, and other software based analytic applications.
