Description

• Lead and implement digital marketing and data strategies for customer growth • Act as the digital subject consultant to drive global strategies for Medtronic Surgical • Utilize deep understanding of digital advertising to define and plan journeys for lead conversions • Own channel reporting and present data effectively to communicate results and challenges • Analyze metrics and suggest solutions to increase conversion and awareness based on KPIs • Develop content journeys and trigger points for campaigns aligned to customer journey

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with a Master’s degree • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, marketing strategies, email marketing or marketing automation experience, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Extensive digital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or related field of study • Experience with managing and editing photos and resources (e.g. Adobe, etc) • Understanding of analytics (e.g. Adobe, Google, etc)
