📋 Description
• Identifikation und Akquisition von Neukunden aus der pharmazeutischen und medizintechnischen Industrie, sowie Erschließung von Partnerschaften • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen, insbesondere mit Entscheidungsträgern aus den Abteilungen Marketing und Medical Affairs von Pharmaunternehmen • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verkaufsstrategien • Präsentation und Verkauf von Produkten/Dienstleistungen an potenzielle Kunden • Marktanalyse und sorgfältige Beobachtung neuer Entwicklungen auf dem pharmazeutischen Markt • Teilnahme an Branchenevents und -Messen zur Erweiterung des Netzwerks und Geschäftsentwicklung • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Projektteam zur Umsetzung der jeweiligen Projekte • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über Fortschritte, Erfolge und Herausforderungen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Healthcare-Bereich, optimalerweise in Sales/Business Development oder Projekt-Management. • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zielorientierung • Teamplayer mit starkem Netzwerkdenken • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch ist interne Unternehmenssprache)
