The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills •Strong communication abilities •A passion for helping create a positive employee experience •This position is a key part of our HR team •Will assist with various tasks including record-keeping •Employee onboarding •Benefits administration •HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)and ensure data accuracy •Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documentation such as employment agreements •New hire paperwork •Termination records •Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes •Support compliance with company policies and employment laws •Employee Onboarding & Off-boarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees •Assist with scheduling new hire orientation sessions •Support offboarding processes •Benefits & Payroll Support: Provide administrative support for employee benefits •Answer basic employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits •Recruitment & Hiring Support: Assist with job postings •Candidate tracking •Scheduling interviews •Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies •General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department •Help coordinate HR training sessions •Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
