• BizVA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, human resources, timekeeping, and staffing to assist in managing key projects and supporting business initiatives. • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. • Streamline daily operational processes for efficiency. • Assist HR with workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. • Oversee timekeeping systems for accurate tracking of hours, leave, and attendance. • Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation to optimize team productivity. • Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets to track project progress, staffing levels, and performance metrics. • Collaborate across HR, operations, and finance to align project goals. • Identify challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or HR-related roles. • Familiarity with timekeeping software and staffing management tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Experience in HR practices, including recruitment and employee management. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage priorities effectively. • Exposure to US HR and staffing processes in fast-paced work environments. • Ability to work 6 days a week, with a willingness to do overtime as needed. • Must be willing to have their camera on for the entire shift. • Experience in managing virtual teams. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
