Description

• The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing, coaching and mentoring the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. • This role focuses on driving sales growth through effective team management, process optimization, and collaboration with other departments such as Marketing, Client Success and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals. • Experience using HubSpot, and sales reporting tools. • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a track record of motivating and developing sales teams. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Experience in Staffing, BPO or high-growth industry preferred
