🎯 Requirements

• Business development experience with a proven track record of building successful partnerships at scale • Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or other major HR systems • A talent for relationship cultivation that turns partners into passionate advocates • Strong project management abilities that bring complex cross-functional initiatives to fruition • The ability to navigate partner organizations with precision and build influential connections • A strategic mindset that can identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans • Excellent communication skills that resonate with different audiences from technical teams to executives • A self-starter approach with the confidence to drive initiatives with minimal guidance • Comfort with regular travel (2-3 weeks quarterly) to nurture key relationships in person
