📋 Description
• Assist team’s paralegal and attorney in client navigation through personal injury cases • Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires • Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices • Provide individual coaching and support to employees • Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of personal injury case management experience • 2+ years of training experience • Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our team • Personable, with excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Team player • Ability to stay focused and organized • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs • Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
