📋 Description
• RTS is seeking an organized and proactive Creator Manager to support the operational and strategic needs of our gaming content creators. • Oversee the strategic needs of creators, focusing on large-scale projects, merchandise initiatives, content strategy and analysis. • Ensure seamless operations and help elevate creators’ brands in the gaming space. • Coordinate planning, execution, and post-event analysis of creator-led campaigns and events. • Analyze content performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years in account management; gaming/influencer experience a plus. • Strong organizational skills with experience managing long-term projects. • Excellent written communication for strategic planning and creator collaboration; proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack. • Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple content creators effectively. • Bonus: Knowledge of sponsorship workflows or managing creator ecosystems on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, or Instagram. • Bonus: Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
