📋 Description

• Growing usage and relationships with named organizations and faculty/staff within those organizations. • Responding to customer leads and inquiries from these named organizations. • Working with faculty/researchers to incorporate our technology into their courses and projects. • Traveling to each of these named organizations to provide technical talks and meet with faculty/staff to build relationships. • Serving as the primary liaison at Wolfram for all inquiries by faculty/staff at those named organizations. • Maintaining and growing sales within the organization. • Expanding the existing technology list on current contracts and growing contracts to add more technology, training, and technical services. • Setting up sales-driven meetings with faculty, IT/purchasers, and decision-makers to drive revenue forward. • Serving as the entry-level sales engineer for the academic sales group.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Experience with computational software. • Research, teaching and/or sales experience. • Superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and self-disciplined. • Desire to learn and self-educate. • Shows initiative and ownership for work. • Ability to articulate ideas and instructions. • Open-minded in exploring new fields. • Master’s or PhD is preferred.
