Backed by some of the world's leading venture capital investors, we are on an ambitious mission to integrate and simplify every function of the dental practice through technology. By building the operating system for every dental office in America, Dandy is empowering dentists with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practice, their people, and their patients. • Revolutionizing the dental industry is hard…and we need help. • We're on the hunt for an experienced senior data analyst who can tackle some of our most significant challenges in the realm of analytics for Go to Market (GTM) and Product functions. These functions are responsible for key aspects of Dandy’s business, obsessing about the customer experience. This role will support them to grow recurring revenue, improve customer retention, enhance our product experience through increased feature usage, and drive customer acquisition. You will enable the team to drive customer ordering behavior through an increased understanding of customers by segment. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work autonomously to leverage data analysis to make recommendations that make Dandy a more compelling service for our customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in revenue, retention, and customer life cycle analytics, ideally in a B2B setting • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering with customer empathy or a BA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc) with statistics skills • Excellent SQL & Python skills • Strong communication skills and experience communicating results in a way that drives change. You have the ability to use data to inform, align, and lead • Strong senses of autonomy and ownership • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and statistical skills • Bonus points: Experience working with revenue data at a company like Shopify, Amazon, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, or the like. • Bonus points: Strong customer empathy, particularly for dentists • Bonus points: Have experience turning vague business problems into statistical rigorous analyses & solutions (e.g. causal inference, predictive modeling) • Bonus points: Interest in working and learning in an earlier stage company where we’re still working out some of the basics • Bonus points: Experience in Looker, Hex, and DBT
