Description
• Manage innovation within the manufacturing design team • Build consensus with engineering and leadership teams • Work with go-to-market teams for product launches • Create process development schedules • Facilitate communication across teams • Drive suppliers integration • Utilize multi-functional teams to meet objectives • Lead meetings, document progress and risks • Hold team members accountable • Drive issue resolution • Coordinate executive level presentations • Define best-in-class processes • Work with Advance Manufacturing team on supply chain requirements • Use data to drive process decisions • Involve CNC Machining, Surface Finishing, Polishing, Painting and Quality Controls
Requirements
• B.S/M.S in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy; or equivalent experience • 8+ years of program management experience • 3+ years of people management experience in manufacturing design • Ability to lead concept, design and proof of concept work with minimal supervision • Experienced working with multidisciplinary groups • Experience bringing new products to market using design controls: Proto, EVT, DVT & PVT • Experience with dental products (preferred)
