Requirements

• 4+ years of operations and/or strategy work in a high growth startup or big tech environment • Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity • Experience working as part of a high-performing interconnected operations team • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed • Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation: Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making • Proficiency in SQl and/or Python • Intellectual curiosity and research abilities • Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps/ weaknesses • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product operations and ensure seamless execution from development to launch
