🎯 Requirements
• 10-15 years of product management experience, ideally with a background in manufacturing, factory floor systems, or supply chain technology. • Previous experience building or integrating an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and complementary systems (MRP, ERP, WFM) • Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with engineering, design, and operational teams. • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and drive alignment at all levels of the organization. • Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous space where the business problem and strategy are not yet defined. • High bias for action—you are resourceful, proactive, and excel at breaking down barriers to get things done. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. • Customer-focused mindset and the ability to empathize with operational users, designing intuitive workflows and systems that address real-world challenges. • Technical fluency, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations (you don’t need to code but must be comfortable engaging in technical discussions). • Strong project management skills, with experience managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives, handling both tactical and strategic needs.
