• Responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external LifePoint customers • Supporting the Cerner Registration and Cerner Scheduling applications • Planning, supporting, and implementing information systems for Revenue Cycle Management • Acting as a liaison between facility departments and IS for software issues • Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to the functional development • Supports quality initiatives throughout the organization • Works directly with Cerner Oracle team in the design and prioritization of ongoing improvements • Collaborates to create cross-functional relationships with peers and within facilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred) • Computer Science or related experience • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.)
