📋 Description
• At Lifepoint Health, we provide quality healthcare to rural communities. • The Senior Analyst, Compensation Function Support is responsible for working closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications. • Manage complex problems and work with other team members to ensure ticket resolution. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges. • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities. • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
