• The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for delivering successful client facing products/features within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, data analytics, and customer success, to execute strategies that enhance user adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization. • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team. • Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product ideas and features. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and define product requirements. • Develop detailed product specifications and user stories. • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancements. • Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, in a software based consultancy (SaaS and Martech experience is beneficial). • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Strong understanding of SaaS software delivery processes, project lifecycle, and related resource requirements. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
