📋 Description
• Marigold is seeking a program manager to support the Enterprise R&D organization and manage and develop third party technical integration relationships. • Drive an operational program structure to build and manage our technical partnership strategy and relationships for productized integrations. • Establish strong technical relationships with partners to ensure functional elements of the integration are delivered. • Facilitate connections between the third party team and the Marigold R&D team to provide efficient technical working relationships. • Maintain a database of current third party technical integrators including active customers contracted to or using the integration offering.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing/communications or relevant field of study • 5-10+ years’ experience in the marketing technology industry • Experience in building and managing inter-vendor integrations and the ongoing relationships needed to facilitate these partnerships • Experience in at least one of Marigold’s areas of offering (digital engagement, marketing automation, messaging, loyalty, personalization, customer data platform) would be an asset • Experience in driving strategic programs towards objectives and working cross-functionally
