Description

β€’ Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. β€’ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. β€’ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. β€’ Reach out to customer leads through cold emailing and cold calling. β€’ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. β€’ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. β€’ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. β€’ Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. β€’ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. β€’ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. β€’ Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as a sales representative or related role. β€’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office β€’ Familiarity with BRM, PRM, and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships β€’ Highly motivated and is target driven with a proven track record in sales β€’ Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills β€’ Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills β€’ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs β€’ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback β€’ Must be enrolled in or have completed a BS/BA/MS/MA degree at an accredited college. College Students are preferred.
