📋 Description

• As a Founding Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge between Prove AI’s AI-powered governance management software for our customers’ needs. • You will be responsible for technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution designs, ensuring that our technology aligns with customer workflows while meeting stringent security and compliance requirements. • This is a hands-on role that requires both customer-facing and internal collaboration. • You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, helping to shape our product roadmap based on customer feedback. • Additionally, you will bring expertise in LLM tuning, addressing potential pitfalls, deployment challenges, and operational risks associated with AI models in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, or a similar customer-facing technical role in a B2B AI / ML environment. • B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Have delivered prototypes or products of Generative AI/traditional ML-based solutions. • Experience with LLM tuning, including understanding potential risks, operational challenges, and deployment complexities. • Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integrations. • Track record of successfully driving technical sales cycles with enterprise customers. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and delivery skills, who thrives in a fast-moving, start-up environment with high levels of freedom and ambiguity.
