• We are excited to be on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced German VIP Account Manager to join our team and take care of our high-value players across our casino brands. • In this role, you’ll ensure our VIPs receive a personalised and exceptional experience, fostering loyalty and driving engagement within our gaming community.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a VIP department in the iGaming industry/ Crypto Casino / Crypto industry. • An excellent understanding of VIP expectations and the need to deliver first-class service. • Self-confident with the ability to build a good relationship with customers. • Sales experience will be considered an advantage. • Spoken and written English and German at a fluent level is essential. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at once, as required.
