Description
• Join Mainstay's innovative engineering team as their first IT engineer. • Scale, automate, and execute an IT program within the Mainstay business. • Administer and oversee a full catalog of SaaS software. • Lead the IT separation from Opendoor. • Provide general software support for all of Mainstay's SaaS vendors. • Build out hardware and inventory management solutions.
Requirements
• 10+ years in an IT function delivering a mix of software support and SaaS implementation / administration. • Experience with SAML/SCIM configurations, HRIS systems (rippling, workday, bamboo, etc.), HRIS automation, and IAM best practices. • Experience evaluating, administrating, and managing a breadth of SaaS tools, including critical productivity tools like Google Workspace and Slack. • Experience with hardware management, inventory management, remote management of laptops using tools like Jamf and apple business manager to manage hardware across a workforce. • An individual with an exceedingly high level of ownership and autonomy. • Strong collaborative skills and experience working with director level business leadership.
