• Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue goals. • Ownership of key revenue processes, ensuring seamless data management and pipeline visibility. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement scalable solutions. • Refine workflows and support strategic decision-making to enhance operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ Years' Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment. • CRM & Systems Expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce, managing workflows, integrations, and custom objects. • Lead & Pipeline Management experience with MQLs, SQLs, and deal management. • Quote-to-Cash Support experience with quoting/CPQ systems, approval workflows, pricing rules, and discount thresholds. • Data Hygiene maintenance through deduplication, enrichment, and validation. • Reporting & Analytics capabilities with dashboards, forecasting reports, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau. • Process Optimization identification of inefficiencies in lead management and pipeline reporting. • Marketing Ops Expertise in marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot Marketing Hub. • Growth-Oriented mindset seeking opportunities to refine processes and implement new tools.
