Description

• The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership and profitable operation of all allocated service centers within the regional territory and ensuring best practices are followed pertaining to production, safety and human resources. • This role is expected to build and grow a management team that can create a safe work environment, meet customer expectations and foster a continuous improvement mentality with all employees. • Consistently enforce ORBIS policies through the discipline action process. • Review individual service center accounts payable reports on a monthly basis and make approvals.

Requirements

• Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; • read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/material identifications. • Preferred core understanding and/or experience in supply chain related activities (i.e. transportation, reverse logistics, cleaning and sanitation, asset tracking). • Proven understanding of safety and OSHA compliant processes. • Superior leadership skills with proven ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team of people, and facilitate effective cross-business synergies. (Bi-Lingual a plus). • Intermediate financial knowledge sufficient to understand/build/manage financial budgets and statements. • Trained and proficient utilizing LEAN Manufacturing practices and at least 3 years of LEAN, 5S and process improvement experience.
