📋 Description
• This role is with Colla Health, a portfolio company of Menlo Ventures. • Our vision is to help people with cancer improve their quality of life. • Today, we provide behavioral health care to 17 million US cancer patients. • Colla Health is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join as a Lead Engineer. • This is a unique opportunity to design and build our technical foundation. • You will work closely with product and clinical teams as the company grows. • We will be building technology that supports partner cancer centers through EMR integrations. • In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape both the technology and engineering function.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with hands-on full stack development experience • Strong expertise in front-end and back-end development • Proven success in early-stage startup environments, including the adaptability to flex from sole ownership to contributing outside your domain • Familiarity with healthcare or other heavily regulated industries is strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions and implement scalable software solutions • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
