β’ Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions. β’ Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills. β’ Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions. β’ Share coaching tools and insights to enhance practices.
β’ 20+ years experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals. β’ Coaching certification is a plus but not required. β’ Must be self-aware with high emotional IQ. β’ Must be comfortable working in a constantly changing startup environment. β’ Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month to coaching.
β’ Select bonuses that incentivize engagement with membership and community growth on platform. β’ Must dedicate 3-5 hours per week regardless of commitments. β’ Must work 18 months to build relationships with members. β’ This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in North America or Europe.
