📋 Description

• Lead the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap of Merge Imaging Solutions. • Shape the future of award-winning imaging solutions in healthcare. • Oversee product strategy and lifecycle management across key solution areas. • Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand their needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products. • Build and mentor a high-performing product team inside Merative.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology or imaging solutions. • Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving innovation. • Deep understanding of enterprise-scale software solutions, SaaS products, and cloud transitions. • Knowledge of enterprise imaging, radiology, cardiology workflows, and healthcare IT infrastructure preferred. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire high-performing teams. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • International experience is preferred but not required.
