Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant product management experience • 4+ years of experience within banking, payments, international wires, and ACH in a fintech setting • Strong UX sensibility with a track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly financial products • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform UX decisions and measure the impact of product changes • Ability to balance deep technical understanding of product and partner requirements with a relentless focus on user experience • Be able to take complex problems and distill them into first principles, always keeping the end-user in mind
