Description
• Lead collaboration with designers, engineers, and key partners • Drive strategy and execution for Risk at Mercury • Develop product strategy and prioritize roadmap • Keep team outcome-oriented using metrics • Ensure team ownership over product direction and results • Develop point of view on fitting products into Mercury • Collaborate with various teams within Mercury
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years delivering high quality software products • Domain expertise in payments, risk, AML or B2B SaaS • Experience navigating and thriving in a highly regulated environment • Empathy with customers • Ability to use data and research to inform decisions • Ability to prioritize requirements • Experience managing large projects • Strong communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers • Drive accountability
