• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automation) with sales or marketing focus; Master's degree a plus • Substantial experience in sales management, particularly in fire industry and protection systems • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Essential experience with fire pumps and fire protection systems • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and value/solution selling techniques • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently • Willingness to travel within the region as needed • Passion for process improvement and development
