Description
• Represent the company in Northern Italy region. • Offer technical tooling solutions to new and existing customers. • Field-based, consultative sales role, • Lead a team of 4 sales professionals. • Sell sheet metal tooling solutions to companies across Northern Italy. • Maintain and update the customer CRM database. • Collaborate with South Germany Sales Manager to implement a sales growth strategy.
Requirements
• Experience in Technical Sales or Engineering background. • Fluent in Italian and English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, present, persuade, and problem-solve. • Leadership experience would be beneficial as you will be leading & managing a team of 4 sales professionals.
